Factory Tour Notice

Takasago Noodles Co., Ltd. offers factory tours for group visitors. Applications are accepted exclusively through the factory tour request form below.

Please note that applications by phone, fax, or email are not accepted.

Tours are generally available from April to September. When selecting your preferred date, please review the following conditions:

Tours are not available on Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays, or Japanese public holidays.
Tours are not available on Wednesdays from April through June.
Tours are generally unavailable from January through March and October through December due to peak production periods.
Depending on factory operations, we may not be able to accommodate your request even if your preferred date meets the above conditions.

After submitting the form, a member of our team will contact you by email within 1–2 business days.

Advance booking is required. Please submit your request at least two weeks prior to your preferred date.

Visitor Eligibility Group visitors only. Individual visitors may be accommodated if the group consists of five or more people.

The tour typically includes viewing the factory work areas through windows along the second-floor observation corridor, watching a company introduction video in a meeting room, and time for questions or product purchases.

Important Notes

Tours follow a set format, including viewing the factory work areas from the second-floor observation corridor, watching a company introduction video, and a Q&A and product purchase session.
Entry into the factory floor is not permitted.
Photography is not allowed inside the factory or along the observation corridor.
The viewing windows are approximately 1 meter above floor level.
Due to the window height and building layout, visibility may be limited for small children and wheelchair users.
Please note that there is no elevator or escalator in the building.
If your group exceeds 50 people, the tour may be divided into multiple sessions.
Even if your requested date meets the stated conditions, availability may vary depending on production schedules.
If your group does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and no prior notice is given, your reservation may be cancelled.
