Why Garlic Soy Yaki-Udon?

Aomori Garlic — Japan’s Finest

Aomori produces over 70% of Japan’s domestic garlic. Its cold climate, rich soil, and skilled farmers create garlic with exceptional sweetness and depth — elevating every stir-fried dish.

100% Nebariogoshi Udon Noodles

Made exclusively from Aomori-grown Nebariogoshi wheat, these noodles offer a silky, springy texture ideal for stir-frying.

Double Garlic Flavor

Garlic is used in two forms: a fine powder blended into the sauce for rich, balanced flavor, and crispy garlic chips for added aroma and texture — delivering a bold and memorable experience.

Versatile Serving Options

Enjoy as-is with the included sauce, or customize with pork belly, bean sprouts, or garlic chives. Finish with aonori or pickled ginger for an authentic izakaya-style dish.
