Over 115 Years — Devoted to Noodles

Takasago Noodles Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive noodle manufacturer based in Hirakawa City, Aomori Prefecture. Our origins date back to 1907, when our founder, Kinnosuke Kusakari, established a small noodle workshop in Hirosaki.

What began as a dry noodle business has grown into a diverse product portfolio, including udon, soba, ramen, rice noodles, and pasta — produced in fresh, semi-dried, and shelf-stable formats.

From our factory in Aomori, we are blessed with pure underground water from the Shirakami Mountains and the rich natural environment of the Tsugaru Plain. These elements form the foundation of our noodle-making.

We have always been committed to showcasing the ingredients and food culture of Aomori. By incorporating local specialties into our products — from Nabeyaki Udon to our regional ramen series — we aim to share the authentic taste of our region with a wider audience.

Today, our team includes nationally certified noodle technicians dedicated to producing safe, consistent, and high-quality noodles every day.
